Training and Merchandising Executive – Field Based

Purpose of Role/Key Objectives

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Training and Merchandising Exec is primarily responsible for supporting the UK national retailers to optimise the sales of Naim & Focal products. This includes the on-going training and development of retailers & staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, confident and possess the technical skills to demonstrate Naim & Focal products. In addition the role will have the responsibility of installing, maintaining and updating in store point of sale and demo units. 

A keen interest in hi-fi/audio or consumer electronics is a must for this role. You will be representing the Naim brand in store during peak trading times, and will utilise your excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to inform and impart knowledge of Naim & Focal’s range of products, ethos, philosophy and company objectives at a store level.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, flexibility and organisation skills. A Full clean driving licence, flexibility to travel and possession of a passport are essential.
