Technical Support Agent

Purpose of Role/Key Objectives

Naim Audio was born from the desire to experience music replayed in its truest and purest possible form. These were our founding values in 1973 and continue to fuel every aspect of Naim Audio today.

Due to internal promotion, we are looking to add a Technical Support Agent to our Customer Experience team.

Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, the Technical Support Agent will provide an exceptional service to our customers via the telephone, email and online forums. The primary function of the role is to provide remote technical support and resolution for technical issues raised by dealers, distributors and end users.

You will also have the opportunity support the in-house Research and Development team, advising them of feedback such as generic technical problems with new and old products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, in particular verbal / telephone. You will have a patient and empathetic nature and preferably have previously worked in a customer facing environment. Any knowledge of hi-fi  products will be an advantage.
