Technical Support Manager

Purpose of Role/Key Objectives

At Naim Audio, our customer is everything. Our commitment to harness the best talent in the industry has given us the opportunity to add a Technical Support Manager to our Sales Operations Team. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Salisbury.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Technical Support Manager will manage the day to day running of Naim’s world class in-house Technical Support department, supporting the team with identification & resolution of technical issues. 

You will also manage internal relationships with key departments, maintaining and developing formal lines of reporting and communications. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the internal product development processes, by ensuring accurate and thorough feedback of issues is passed to the appropriate area.

Skills & Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you must have supervisory/management experience in a high-volume environment with exceptional knowledge of hifi installations and products (Naim product knowledge would be very desirable). You will be an excellent communicator across all mediums, and be resilient and confident while remaining patient and empathetic.
