Here at Naim Audio there are exciting opportunities for numerous Production Operatives to join our Production team to manufacture our award winning products.

This represents the pride we take in all we do.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce work according to business requirements.
  • Use various jigs / fixtures & assemble / wire units in relation to the signed off copy and PI documentation.
  • Attend appropriate meetings, training as determined by the business.
  • Be prepared to assist where appropriate e.g. temporary movement of staff to other departments as determined by the business requirements.
  • Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude at all times.
  • Project a professional approach.
  • Testing of PCBA’s/product in accordance with procedures and test instructions.
  • All employees have a responsibility for quality and must check the quality of the work they perform.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in wiring / soldering / electrical assembly experience.
  • 1+ years expereince in a similar Manufacturing environment (Desirable)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good levels of dexterity
  • Able to follow detailed written instruction with limited supervision
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Coachable
  • High level of reliability
  • Professional approach and attitude
