Here at Naim Audio there is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our Communications team delivering an effective and efficient communications service to our stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

In summary you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Work with Sales Managers and digital marketing team to ensure retailer listings on the website are up to date and correct
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and distributors with marketing support and required collateral/assets
  • General admin support to Marketing and Naim Records teams
  • Build retailer and distributor capability and knowledge
  • Manage technical specs documentation
  • Manage translations as necessary
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Naim Records stock management
  • Raise purchase orders and manage the process, end to end
  • Manage all in-house send outs of POS for the trade, as well as any event materials
  • Assist with retailer events and tradeshows as and when required
  • Manage the Marketing and Naim Records inbox and reply to enquiries

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team, in order to fully understand and help fulfil their objectives
  • Be responsible for distribution of all marketing collateral, to include: brochures, promotional leaflets
  • Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
  • Identify problems and find solutions
  • Support the Naim Records general administration and recording of sales/licencing/income statements and campaign expenses and spend including liaison with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
  • Oversee the inventory of audio/graphic/video assets (from time to time aiding in the creation of these assets)

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in similar level position in related Industry
  • Have good knowledge of Adobe creative suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all departments
  • Experience of managing creative agencies
  • Developing external relationships with suppliers
  • New media channel marketing
  • Able to communicate on all levels
  • Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and proactive in approach to the role
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A creative thinker with good writing skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause and solution

Qualification / Experience

  • Marketing qualification preferable – or desire to work towards
