During the concept phase you will work with the innovation team distilling ideas into a concrete feasibility plan. Then working with electronics and software architects to create detailed specifications that the engineering team can work from. Constantly keeping the progress of the project in check you will own the reporting line to key group level stakeholders.
  • Manufacture phase: Coordination of the transition from development to either in-house manufacture or to a manufacturing partner.
  • Third party management. Some projects are entirely in-house and some use third party development and manufacturing partners. You should be experienced in dealing with third parties and confident in your communication skills where complex ideas need explaining to teams who may not operating in their own native language.
