Digital Marketing Executive

Purpose of Role/Key Objectives

Working closely with Central Marketing Teams in France to support the delivery of the Global Marketing strategy. 

Carry out day-to-day digital marketing activities aimed at driving brand growth and profitability. Support the production of exceptional quality marketing, materials, products and communications within the given timescales and budgets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support Day-to-day running of the Digital Marketing Function  

·       Create optimised and engaging content including regular news items and Connection articles, in line with PR and advertising activity

·       Working closely with Central Marketing Teams in France, to ensure smooth running of Organic Social, Paid Social, Google, Amazon , Reviews, Forums, communities and other related tasks.

·       Manage and maintain Naim’s translated sites, working with distributors to add further languages to ensure we have localised content in all key markets

·       Monitor E-commerce platform to drive online sales

·       Work with external website developer to ensure all website updates are delivered on time, fully tested across all browsers and on brief.

Develop and Implement Naim’s Email Marketing Platform

·       Develop and manage Naim’s email marketing platform, creating an engaging calendar of content targeted at different customer groups, driving loyalty and repurchase

·       Drive growth of customer database and new customers by promoting sign up’s through website, social and other online channels

·       Develop digital issue of ‘Connection’, Naim’s monthly customer email

·       Author of Naim’s monthly trade facing email ‘n-Bulletin’ to all trade partners.

Develop Social Media Channels and Drive Best Practice Across All Markets

·       To deliver and monitor a strong calendar of engaging content across Naim’s social media platforms, in line with social strategy, driving engagement and growth across all markets

·       Develop and roll out social guidelines for Naim distributors ensuring brand values and execution are truly global and consistent across all online and social channels

·       Provide excellent customer service through Naim’s social channels.

Digital Asset Management

·       Maintain Naim’s online asset management portal, ensuring all logos, guidelines, images, launch information and software updates are up to date

·       Ensure all assets are fully searchable through key wording and tagging

·       Manage different user types, ensuring all trade partners and press have access to what they need easily and quickly.

Monitoring & Reporting

·       Monthly digital reporting and analysis, including SEO, PPC, email, social media (including Naim Forum) and conversion tracking on website to ensure KPI’s are delivered.

·       Review new technologies, keeping Naim at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

·       Monitor competitor social media, websites and e-marketing to promote best practise

·       Monitor usability and be able to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

·       Monitor Naim retailer and distributor websites and other online channels to ensure the Naim brand is represented correctly and consistently in all markets.

Fulfil other duties as required

·         Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role

·         Fix things that you can see need fixing

·         Identify problems and find solutions.

Skills & Requirements

·         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all departments

·         A creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills essential

·         Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines

·         Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualification / Experience

·         Degree in digital marketing or a related field

·         Experience in similar level position in related Industry

·         Experience of managing and Maintaining websites 

·         Experience of organic and paid social, PPC, remarketing and display campaigns

·         Experience managing SEO, marketing database, email and social media campaigns

·         Experience of managing digital agencies

·         Developing external relationships with suppliers

·         Able to communicate on all levels

Hours of work:

You are required to work 37.5 hours a week.

A flexible approach is essential as you may be required to work outside of normal hours to achieve organisational goals. Occasional travel will also be necessary.
