Headphones tend to be rather revealing of both noise and distortion, so we have devoted a great deal of effort getting these parameters to extremely low levels in the HeadLine. Also, please note that the HeadLine is a discrete unit and needs a separate power supply unit. This is because we have found that integrated headphone amplifiers rarely offer performance to rival this type of design.
