Bluetooth pairing issues with Mu-so and iOS

If your Mu-so 2nd Generation is not pairing with your iOS device via Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.
  • Put the Mu-so into pairing mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button until the indicator flashes.
  • On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and select the Mu-so from the list.
  • If pairing fails, restart both devices and try again.


If the problem persists, it is best to open the Naim app, forget any previously paired Bluetooth devices, and then reconnect your device.


Also, make sure your iOS device is running the latest version of iOS, and that the Mu-so firmware is up to date.
