This guide explains how to rename your Naim device on your network and what to expect after doing so.

1. Can I Rename My Naim Device?

Yes. Most modern Naim products—including the Uniti Series, Classic Series streamers, and Mu-so systems—allow you to customize the device name that appears on your home network and in the Focal & Naim App.

Renaming your device helps you:

• Easily identify it in the Focal & Naim App

3. How to Rename Your Device

To rename your Naim device:

1. Open the Focal &Naim App on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Go to the Rooms screen and select the device you want to rename.
3. Tap the three dots icon in the top right to access settings.
4. Navigate to System Settings > Device Name
5. Enter your preferred name (e.g., “Living Room Nova” or “Bedroom Mu-so”).
