Do I need to ground my streamer?

Grounding your Naim streamer can help reduce electrical noise and improve overall sound quality, especially in complex systems with multiple components. 

Most Naim streamers include a grounding switch that allows you to select between “floating” and “grounded” modes. 

If your streamer is the only source connected to your amplifier, grounding may be beneficial. However, if multiple grounded devices are connected, it could introduce ground loops, causing hum or interference. In such cases, setting the streamer to “floating” may be preferable.
