Troubleshooting display and indicator issues

If the logo bar or display on your Naim device is not illuminated, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot. 


First, check the brightness settings in the Naim app or on the device itself, lighting may have been turned off or dimmed. 


Ensure the unit is powered on and properly connected. If the issue persists, try performing a factory reset. 


In rare cases, a firmware update or hardware fault may be the cause. 


If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact Naim support for further assistance.
