1. Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Naim products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Parts and labour for repairs due to faults in materials or workmanship
- Unexpected failure through normal and appropriate use
The warranty begins from the date of purchase by the original end user. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Shipping damage (claims must be made via the retailer)
3. Extended Warranty (Optional)
Naim offers a limited 3-year extended warranty to UK customers (excluding Mu-so and CI products) if you:
- Register your product within 6 months of purchase via the Naim website.
- Are the original owner
This extended warranty covers parts and labour. It is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
4. Refurbished Products
Products sold as “Naim Approved Refurbished” are eligible for warranty:

- Equipment servicing (certain components, predominantly capacitors, degrade with age and require replacement periodically to sustain optimal performance)

7. Advance Replacement (Within 4 Weeks of Purchase)
If a fault occurs within four weeks of purchase:
- Naim may offer an advance replacement via the distributor
- The faulty unit must be returned with an approved RMA

- Distributors are responsible for returning defective products to Naim
- Naim covers shipping costs for dispatch of repaired or replacement units
- Returns must be arranged through a retailer and packed in original packaging
