A SENSORY EXPERIENCE

Designed for absolute musical clarity and emotional impact, the Naim for Mulliner system features 18 meticulously engineered drivers, each selected for precision, transparency and dynamic authority. Advanced spatialisation enhances the sense of depth and realism, while high‑performance amplification ensures an effortless flow of power.


  • 4 Focal TAM tweeters and 9 Focal 3WM drivers from the Utopia M reference series, all manufactured in France


  • 4 woofers and 1 subwoofer delivering rich, controlled low frequencies


  • 2 seat shakers for visceral, low‑end immersion


Each Focal driver incorporates a hand‑wound unit and an increased 15mm driver height, enabling 20% more cone travel to broaden the system’s dynamic range and enhance articulation at any volume.

DESIGN THAT AMPLIFIES PERFORMANCE


Every element of the system has been shaped with both engineering integrity and refined aesthetics in mind. For example, the distinctive Champagne Gold‑finished speaker grilles feature an intricate openwork pattern, meticulously designed to maximise acoustic transparency — achieving a 26% improvement, a technical challenge. Materials used have been chosen to minimise unwanted reflections too, ensuring that the sound remains pure and uncoloured.


Developed through close collaboration between Mulliner, Naim, Focal and Dolby® engineers, this system is integrated, both structurally and sonically, to create a perfectly balanced whole.

At the core of the Virtuoso Collection’s audio system lies the combined expertise of Naim and Focal. The midrange, the emotional centre of any recording, is brought to life through:


  • Focal’s W‑cone technology for pristine linearity
  • The M‑profile for controlled directivity and exceptional vocal clarity
  • TMD® suspension to dramatically reduce distortion and preserve micro‑detail


The result is an astonishingly lifelike soundstage, where every nuance is rendered with studio‑grade precision.
